Living areas on both levels as well as a front balcony with Weber Q BBQ and rear paved area to watch a game of cricket in the fully enclosed rear yard

Master bedroom has a Queen bed on the lower level with a further 2 bedrooms upstairs each with 2 single beds.

2 Bathrooms one on each level, bath is upstairs, fully equip laundry.

* No Linen Provided unless stated otherwise, linen can be hired through Victor Linen on 0419 803 769
* We DO NOT accept Schoolies Bookings or group bookings of under 25's
* We have a NO PARTY / BUCKS / HENS / LARGE GATHERING policy at our holiday homes
