Large home that will comfortably sleep 6-8 guests

Two Living Rooms, Two Bathrooms, Kitchen and Kitchenette

One street back from the beach and less than 1 min walk

Close to Victor Harbor shopping precinct

Large sheltered outdoor dining area

Pet Friendly

For those who prefer a little more privacy on their holiday homes, 5 Peroomba is just one side-street back from the beach. A safe walk for children as it's adjacent to a reserve, so the only road they will be crossing is the quiet street out the front.

Upstairs features 3 bedrooms, each with a queen bed, two with spectacular sea views from the comfort of your bed. Picture waking up to the sunrise across the ocean, or enjoying some quiet time sipping a cuppa in bed, enjoying the view from within the privacy of your own room.

The large kitchen is fully equipped, eating out for large families can be expensive when you're away, so all the basic equipment you'd have at home is at your disposal. Also features a dishwasher for those who hate doing dishes on holiday!

The living room upstairs has a large modular couch, to take in the views or watch TV at night on the large LCD. The views from upstairs are fantastic, views from the Bluff to Goolwa.

Outside is a sweeping deck, the main dining area to the side sheltered from the frequent northerly winds, with a BBQ to enjoy the Australian lifestyle!

Downstairs features a bunk-room with three sets of bunks. A ground floor living room with a kitchenette and bathroom makes it an ideal location for the kids while the parents relax upstairs. Also works well for those elderly family members that struggle with stairs, as all the required amenities can be used without the need to go upstairs.

Pets are welcome at the property, but are not allowed in bedrooms or on furniture, and all clean up regarding pets as per our terms and conditions.

All beds have pillows and quilts, guest to provide consumable linen (towels, sheets, tea towels)

Located just down from the property is a fantastic bike track, that runs from the Bluff all the way to Goolwa, so if you're an avid cyclist be sure to bring a bike.

If scuba is your cup of tea, great dives at the whale bones reef in Encounter Bay, Olivers Reef has some interesting plant life but limited fish, and The Bluff is always a good dive when the weather's right.
